JustBlend is a dropshipping store focused on mini blenders and portable mixers. I migrated the client from Wix to Shopify and rebuilt the entire store from scratch: branding, product setup, logo, banners, product imagery, UX, checkout settings, shipping, and post-launch optimizations.

Overview

JustBlend started as a small Wix shop with limited e-commerce tools and an inconsistent visual identity. I recommended migrating to Shopify for better reliability, conversion features, and app integrations. I handled the complete migration and end-to-end build — from brand direction and product cataloging to technical setup, marketing-ready creatives, and first-week post-launch support. Design and assets were produced using Figma, Photoshop, and Canva, with implementation in Shopify (Liquid, HTML/CSS, light JS).

Research & User Insights

• User Research: Reviewed session recordings, customer questions, and product page heatmaps to identify where customers hesitated.

• Conversion Analysis: Analyzed CTA placement, product descriptions, and pricing presentation to reduce confusion and abandonment.

• Mobile-First Focus: Most traffic was mobile; I prioritized fast, thumb-friendly layouts and compressed imagery for quick load times.

   

Problem Statement:

• The Wix site lacked a cohesive brand and clear messaging about product benefits (portability, power, easy cleaning).

• Product pages were cluttered, with unclear variants and poorly optimized images slowing load times.

• Checkout and shipping settings were basic or absent, causing customer uncertainty about delivery and returns.

   

Design Goals:

• • Migrate to Shopify to leverage robust checkout, app ecosystem, and faster performance.

  • Create a cohesive brand identity (logo, color palette, typography) that communicates convenience, quality, and lifestyle.

  • Build conversion-focused product pages that highlight key benefits—compact size, powerful motor, USB charging, and hassle-free cleaning.

  • Configure shipping, payment options, taxes, and policy pages for a production-ready Swedish store.
  • Improve mobile speed and reduce friction from discovery to checkout.

Key Deliverables & Improvements:

• Full Platform Migration: Moved content and rebuilt templates on Shopify for speed and flexibility.

• Brand Identity & Logo: Designed a clean, modern logo and visual system applied across the site and marketing assets.

• Complete Product Setup: Added product entries with SEO-friendly titles, benefit-led descriptions, clear variants, and optimized images.

• High-Converting Product Pages: Hero value statement, 3–5 benefit bullets, concise specs, FAQs, clear pricing, and prominent CTAs.

• Performance Enhancements: Image compression, lazy-loading, and front-end tweaks to improve mobile load times.

• Checkout & Store Configuration: Set up payment methods popular in the target market, shipping zones and rates, tax rules, and clear return policies.

• Marketing & Retention Setup: Implemented email capture, abandoned-cart recovery flows, and analytics tracking to support growth.

• Visual Assets & Banners: Created hero banners, promotional tiles, and ad-ready creatives for social and paid campaigns.

• Trust & Social Proof: Added trust badges, satisfaction guarantee messaging, and customer review areas to increase buyer confidence.

• Post-Launch Support: One week of QA, tweaks, and a handover guide so the client can manage products, promotions, and simple edits.
